How is HarmonyCa different from other dermal fillers?
Unlike traditional hyaluronic acid fillers, HarmonyCa combines that component with calcium hydroxylapatite. It therefore provides immediate volume and also stimulates collagen production, for a firming effect that develops progressively.
How long do the results last?
Between 12 and 24 months, depending on the area treated, each patient’s metabolism and the aftercare. The collagen stimulation is what extends the effect beyond the filler itself.
Is the procedure painful?
It is minimally invasive and generally well tolerated. Topical anaesthetic is applied to reduce discomfort, and the micro-injections are quick.
What is the aftercare?
After the procedure you will be asked to:
- Avoid sun exposure and extreme heat for the first 48 hours.
- Not touch or massage the treated area.
- Avoid intense physical activity on the day of the treatment.
- Keep well hydrated, which supports the effect of the hyaluronic acid.
Who can have HarmonyCa?
It is indicated for patients who want to work on firmness and facial structure without surgery. 🔴 It is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for people with autoimmune disease or active skin infection — which is what the assessment checks.
Are there side effects?
They are usually mild and temporary: redness, swelling or small bruises in the treated area, which settle within a few days.
Can HarmonyCa be combined with other treatments?
Yes. It is combined with botulinum toxin for facial harmony, and with biostimulation or radiofrequency treatments that work on firmness. The order and the intervals are decided by the doctor.
