View profileWhen teeth are missing or the ones left no longer bite the way they should, one crown rarely fixes it. Full mouth reconstruction defines what has to be done, in what order and why.
We start from your panoramic X-ray and, when the case calls for it, a CBCT scan. Without imaging there is no plan.
Gum treatment, extractions, implants, crowns and dentures are coordinated by the same clinicians, in the order the diagnosis sets.
We work inside a medical building with imaging equipment and sterilization on the same floor.
Full mouth reconstruction restores how your mouth works and how it looks when teeth are missing or the remaining ones are worn down, fractured or out of position. It is not a single procedure: it is a plan that may combine crowns, bridges, dentures, implants and temporary teeth, depending on what the diagnosis shows.
The aim of the plan is to let you chew on both sides again, spread bite force across the arch and keep things stable when you speak. It is usually considered in situations like these:
Every plan is built from the pieces your case needs. Some repair what can still be saved; others replace what is missing. Each one has its own page with the detail.
At Clínica Be Dharma the full plan is defined before anything starts, so you know from day one how many phases it has and what each one solves.
We start from your panoramic X-ray and, when the case calls for it, a CBCT scan. Without imaging there is no plan, only guesswork.
We check how the remaining teeth meet, the condition of bone and gums, and which teeth can be saved.
Anything that compromises health comes first: active decay, gum disease, roots that cannot be kept. Replacement comes after.
While the site heals or the definitive piece is made, you wear a temporary: it protects the prepared tooth and lets you speak and eat.
They are fitted and the bite is adjusted. After that, regular check-ups, which is what makes the work last.
There is no single price, because no two mouths are alike. The figure is set after the consultation with imaging and is given to you in writing, with the detail of what each phase includes.
At the consultation we explain which alternatives exist for your case and what changes between them, so you decide with the information in front of you.

View profileTraveling from another city or country? We start with a virtual pre-consultation to assess your case before you travel. We review your photos and any imaging you have, and explain which options could apply.
From there we give you an approximate investment range and set the dates, so the time you spend in Medellín goes into treatment and not into logistics.
Be Dharma at Torre Médica Oviedo We are in El Poblado, a central area of Medellín that is easy to reach for visitors.
Four steps to understand your case and plan the trip with clear dates.
You fill in the form with your city or country, what you would like solved and the dates you could travel.
We talk through your expectations and medical history and review your photos and any panoramic X-ray or CBCT scan you have.
We outline a preliminary option, the phases of treatment and an initial investment range so you can arrange flights and accommodation.
At the clinic we carry out the clinical examination, confirm the plan and set the final price in writing.
The figure given at the pre-consultation is preliminary and is not a firm quote. It can change after the in-person consultation, depending on the condition of your bone, how many teeth need treatment, the material chosen and any additional procedures required, such as a bone graft.
Compare fares by departure city, dates and season.
We advise on places to stay near El Poblado and how many nights to plan for.
We coordinate check-ups and aftercare once you are back home.
It depends on how many phases your plan has. A case with few teeth can be solved in weeks; one that includes gum treatment, extractions or implants is measured in months, because healing times cannot be shortened.
Yes, and that is the usual route. The plan is ordered by clinical priority and moves forward in phases.
Procedures are done under local anesthesia. Afterwards you may feel the discomfort normal to each procedure, managed with the medication your dentist prescribes.
A full plan runs in phases and takes time. Some teeth cannot be saved and have to be extracted. If there is gum disease or active decay, that comes first and lengthens the schedule. The result depends on follow-up and on your daily hygiene as much as on the work done in the chair. Each procedure also has its own contraindications, reviewed at the consultation.
It is treated first. Replacing teeth over diseased gums compromises the result.
No. An implant is one option, not the only one. It depends on how many teeth are missing, the bone available and the condition of the neighboring teeth.
Careful hygiene, regular check-ups and, if your dentist recommends it, a night guard.
If you already have a panoramic X-ray or a CBCT scan, bring it; if not, we will tell you where to get one in Medellín.
